1. Do you offer same day delivery?
To ensure same day delivery Melbourne Metro orders must be received by 12.00pm, and local orders by 2.00pm.
2. Can I get flowers delivered on a Saturday?
For a Saturday delivery, Melbourne Metro orders must be received by 9.00am, and local deliveries by 12.00pm
3. Can I get flowers delivered on a Sunday or Public Holiday?
As the Donvale Flower Gallery is closed on these days, your order will be delivered on the next business day.
Mothers Day and Valentines Day orders are excepted
4. Can I request a delivery time?
We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times, but here at the Donvale Flower Gallery we will make every attempt to fulfil your timed delivery request. Please phone to discuss your specific requirements. We aim to deliver flowers to businesses before 5pm and funeral flowers half an hour prior to the service.

6. What happens if no one is home?
Should the recipient not be home, discretion is left to the courier to leave the flowers in a safe protected place. This may include leaving with neighbours, if so a calling card will be left.
If there is no secure place to leave the flowers, the courier will return them to the shop and you will be contacted about the non delivery.
7. What happens if I supply the wrong address?
Should the incorrect delivery address be supplied, we will use all means available to find the correct details. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order. Re deliveries may incur an extra charge, and responsibility cannot be taken for goods left at the incorrect address.
8. What if I want to cancel or alter my order?
Total refund will be given to all orders cancelled prior to courier pick up. Same day cancellation must be made by phone. Alteration 24 hours prior to delivery must be made by phone (03) 9842 1803
9. Will my flowers be delivered as pictured?
The images of flowers to order, presented on this website are subject to seasonal availability and we will endeavour to fulfil your order as requested. Substitutions may be necessary.

10. Can I send an arrangement that is not pictured?
Yes, here at the Donvale Flower Gallery our team of senior florists is always available to help and advise you with your individual requests.
11. How will I know if you have received my order?
You will receive a Tax Invoice via email which will outline your order details.
