Over the past 16 years, the Donvale Flower Gallery has blossomed and grown to be one of Melbourne's best Florists.
Established in 1993 By Marie Horton and her son Geoff, the Donvale Flower Gallery has developed into one of Melbourne’s most iconic florist and home décor establishments.
Marie's passion for pottery and Australian crafts helps create the unique combination between the “Flowers” and the “Gallery”.
A large part of Geoff’s week is taken up by sourcing flowers, over 90% of the stock is collected directly from the farms, mostly in Monbulk, Silvan and Seville.
The business has constantly evolved and after four extensions and countless renovations it has become one of Melbourne’s finest.

In a beautiful Summer ceremony Miss. Rebecca M. recently became Mrs. Rebecca R. holding a long trailing phalaenopsis bouquet, made by none other than herself!

Affectionately known as “Dicko” is the sophisticated one in the team with an appreciation of fine food, wine and flowers! She is very fussy with her gift wrapping and plays an essential role in maintaining the high standards that are expected at the D.F.G. 10 years Floristry experience.

Affectionately known as "Thelma", she has blossomed into a talented creative florist. With 5 years experience.

No longer the 'new girl', Kelly is a valuable member of our Floristry team. With her bright bubbly personality Kelly brings vitality and youth to the Donvale Flower Gallery. -
Julie C
Painter, potter, people person. Julie’s previous artistic life has provided us with a wealth of knowledge and she takes great pride in everything she does.

A senior florist with us in her pre-kids days, Tric now provides helpful and informative service at our counters. Tric’s job is secure as she never forgets a birthday and always turns up with a cake!

Currently studying Floristry at Tafe, Sarah is fresh and full of enthusiasm. With a history in hotel management, it won't be long til she whips us all into gear! A wonderful smiling addition to the team

Chelsea is currently studying Floristry at Tafe where she can show off her naturally artistic flair. When she's not there, she's doing the hard physical work behind the scenes here at the DFG. We'd be lost without her -

The youngest of the team, but by no means the shortest, Ellie loves her netball. Ellie’s friendly and cheeky manner is always welcoming on the counter.

Our favourite puppy dog, Toby has been showing his smiling face in the store for 7 years, if he’s not up the hills buying flowers, he’s out the back basking in the sun. (What a life!!)
